The Data Controller ensures and facilitates the exercise of the data subject's rights related to data processing, with special regard to the right to information and the right to object.
The Data Controller undertakes to include guarantees in its privacy policy that guarantee the protection of the data subjects' rights.

12. Rights of the data subjects
The data subject can exercise their rights described below at the address provided in point 1. All requests related to the enforcement of rights will be evaluated within 25 days of receipt.

The principle of fair and transparent data processing requires us to inform data subjects before the start of data processing about the fact and purpose of data processing, the identity of the data controllers, the data protection officers, the scope of processed data, the legal basis, duration, and method of data processing, as well as the data processors used during data processing. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority or initiate its procedure, and to an effective judicial remedy, if they consider that their rights regarding the processing of their data or the exercise of their rights related to data processing have been infringed. In the case of a judicial remedy, the data subject may initiate a civil lawsuit, the adjudication of which falls within the jurisdiction of the regional court.
